You can do it easily using the Right Click Shortcuts Creator tool. Just click on the "Action" menu and select the "Add Custom Command" option. It will add a new custom command. Now just change the options as shown in the screenshot in the attachment.
You can create 2 more entries with the following change in the "Arguments" text.
For Hibernate just change "Arguments" text from "/s /t 000" to "/h /t 000".
For Restart just change "Arguments" text from "/s /t 000" to "/r /t 000".(Edited by admin)
