Add submenus to MS Office apps RCM
Hi, I wanted to suggest adding the following:
"Open with" Right-Click Menu for web links in OneNote and other MS Office PC apps
Its often necessary to launch previously added to notes or files web links from OneNote, MS World, Outlook, as well as other apps like Adobe Acrobat etc. The links are open in a default browser now. But that browser also opens at the same time previously saved session that can be very large. So its usually more convenient and much faster to open a link from a different browser of choice. For example, if my default browser is MS Edge, I want to be able to open web links in Firefox, Chrome, Opera, or a different browser, and such choice can vary with different links, so all installed browsers should be auto listed in "Open With" context menu dialog.
Ones this feature adds "Open With" menu to Context Menu of ANY installed program (instead of only adding it to Windows Explorer), it will be possible to add not only a choice of browsers for opening links, but also a choice of Graphics programs to open image files embedded in notes or files, or a choice of software editors like NotePad++ for opening a selected text in another app.
In short, please extend functionality of RCE to other installed apps, most important to MS Office shared apps.
Thanks for your attention, pls let me know what you think?
This is possible but it requires hooking the function that handles the right click menu of the other application. It can make the application unstable. Windows Explorer provides way to do this without hooking, so it much more stable to do in it.

If that's too complicated, is it possible to modify behavior of Open Weblink option in RCM of any application, in particular open the selected link in a new default browser window? This way previously saved browser session won't open each time you click on a weblink. But when opening the default browser from desktop or taskbar, it should still open the last saved session.
